Silver Jubilee Celebration of Sr. Agnes DM and Registration Kick Off in New Rochelle

The St. Mary’s Syro-Malankara Catholic Parish celebrated the Silver Jubilee of the religious life of Rev. Sr. Agnes DM on Sunday, April 19. His Excellency Dr. Thomas Mar Eusebius presided over the celebration of the Holy Qurbono that day. Very Rev. Fr. Augustine Mangalath and Rev. Fr. Sunny Mathew were concelebrants. After the Holy Qurbono, a meeting was conducted to felicitate Rev. Sr. Agnes for having completed 25 worthy years of religious life. Of these 25 years, she has been serving our New Rochelle parish for the past 15 years. His Excellency presided over the meeting. Rev. Fr. Augustine Mangalath, Rev. Fr. Sunny Mathew, Mr. Geevarghese Thankachan and Ms. Elizabeth felicitated Sr. Agnes during the meeting. Sr. Agnes gave the reply speech. On the same day, the Registration Kick off of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Convention also was conducted. His Excellency received the registration forms from the Sponsors and from the others. Ms. Marilyn Alexander is a Platinum Sponsor and Mr. Philip John is a Golden Sponsor.
