On Wednesday, Saturday, October 1, 2022, the Eparchial Bishop, His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Philipos Mar Stephanos attended the Episcopal Installation of Mar Joy Alappatt, the second (2nd) Eparchial Bishop of Chicago for the Syro-Malabar Church in the United States of America. The Installation was done by His Beatitude, Major Archbishop George Cardinal Alencherry, in the presence of The Most Reverend Archbishop Christophe Pierre, Apostolic Nuncio to the United States of America. On behalf of the Eparchial Bishop, Mar Stephanos, the clergy, religious and lay faithful of St. Mary Queen of Peace Syro-Malankara Catholic Eparchy in the USA & Canada, the Eparchy extends her prayerful best wishes and prayers to Most Rev.
