St. Mary, Queen of Peace Syro-Malankara Catholic Eparchy in the USA & Canada extends hearty congratulations and prayerful best wishes to His Excellency Most Rev. Francis (Frank) Leo, who was appointed Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Toronto on February 11, 2023, by His Holiness Pope Francis.

The archbishop-designate succeeds His Eminence Thomas Cardinal Collins, who has served the Archdiocese since 2007. Bishop Frank Leo was formerly the Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Montreal and will be installed as the 14th Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Toronto on Saturday, March 25, 2023
