Rev. Fr. Jobin Thomas Represents Eparchy at the 2023 Child & Youth Protection Catholic Leadership Conference
Rev. Fr. Jobin Thomas, our dedicated Eparchial Safe Environment Coordinator, attended the prestigious 2023 Child & Youth Protection Catholic Leadership Conference (CYPCLC) in San Diego, California from April 16 to 19, 2023. This significant event brings together leaders, experts, and advocates from across the Catholic Church to address the crucial topic of child and youth protection.
The CYPCLC is an annual conference organized by the National Catholic Risk Retention Group (NCRRG) and the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). Its primary objective is to provide a platform for Catholic leaders to collaborate, exchange ideas, and learn best practices for creating safe environments for children and youth within the Church.
As our Eparchial Safe Environment Coordinator, Rev. Fr. Jobin Thomas has been a key figure in ensuring the safety and well-being of all the young members of our faith community. His passion for child protection and commitment to the principles of justice and compassion have earned him this esteemed opportunity to represent our Eparchy at the CYPCLC.
