Pastoral Council Meeting held on January 13, 2018

The Pastoral Council was convened on January 13, 2018 to discuss matters related to the upcoming Syro-Malankara Catholic Convention in Stamford, Connecticut. This was the first Pastoral Council under the leadership of Bishop Philipos Mar Stephanos after becoming the bishop of the Eparchy. The Pastoral Council discussed the details of the venue and elected Chairperson and Secretary for each of the committees necessary for the planning and preparation of the Convention. 31 people including both clergy and laymen from various parishes across the United States and Canada attended this fruitful meeting. The bishop expressed his heartfelt gratitude to those who attended the meeting despite difficulties.
