T-Shirt Sizes
T-shirts can be ordered with registration and can be provided with the registration package on your arrival. The price will vary depending on your selection size.
T-shirts will have a generic design with the eparchy emblem and the location name of your church.
If you like to order the t-shirts, please complete this information prior to June 5th, 2023.
The total price per T-shirt is $10.

Registration Instructions and Information
• Registration – Dates
o Registration start date: December 5th, 2022
o Registration end date: May 31st , 2023
o Registrations after May 31st will be considered only according to the availability of rooms and available rate by Hotel.
• Online registration is recommended and the Registration Form can be filled out or downloaded from the Eparchy website-www.mccna.org
• One registration form is required per family and is applicable only to the members of that household.
• Normally, children are admitted only along with the parents or guardians. However, if they need separate room, an adult’s room rate will be charged for the first child. All participants aged 8 and above (born on or after 8/1/2015) will be charged an adult rate.
• Guests are not considered as part of the family and therefore require individual registration.
• A non-refundable payment of $200 per person is required at the time of registration. The final date of payment is May 31st, 2023. Your registration is deemed confirmed only after the full payment.
• Total payment must be made in USD or equivalent currency.
• Payments must be made either by a check payable to the “Syro-Malankara Catholic Eparchy” to the Chancery Office (1500 Depaul Street, Elmont, New York, 11003) OR payment using Zelle® by entering our email address: malankarachancery@gmail.com
• You may be required to present your credit card at the time of hotel check-in.
• Hilton Parsippany hotel check-in starts at 3 PM on Thursday July 20th, 2023 and checkout is before 11 AM Sunday July 23rd, 2023
